PRESSURE TRANSDUCER

A new differential pressure transducer for line pressures to 500 p s i . of corrosive electrolytic fluids is equipped with oversize hermetic terminals capable of being encapsulated and protected by a removable barrier. Oil damping further protects the mechanism against shock and vibration. Standard Model 4500 provides high a.c. or d.c. voltage output linear with pressure or linear with flow rate to linearities of 0.3% full scale. T h e unit may be operated from 0 to 85" C. Com301 puter Instruments Corp. DISSOLVED OXYGEN MONITOR

T h e Sampler and Probe h a s a magnetic coupled cleaner-agitator which can be either ax.- or d.c.driven and may be used in pro~ess streams, treatment plants, waste water, and rivers. T h e cleaner-agitator aswres minimal fouling when used in conjunction with a Weston and Stack dissolved oxygen analyzer. M7eston and Stack Inc. 302 A.C. POWER RECORDER

Model 113B is a portable power tester and recorder for voltage, current, or both. T h e instrument Ceatures the time sharing system which permits the stylus to record independent traces and permits full chart-width resolution, with voltage plotted as a continuous trace and current as an interrupted trace for A selector easy identification. switch provides ranges of 0-150, 0300, or 0-600 v. and 0-15, 0-30, 0-60, or 0-150 amp. T h e unit can be calibrated for any frequency from 50 to 400 Hz. with an accuracy of 3% of full scale. Rustrak Instruinent Co. 303

Mass

SPECTROMETER

T h e MSlO0 is a new high speed R F mass spectrometer that will identify gas molecules from mass 1 to mass 600. Display of the mass

spectrum is linear, facilitating direct identification of mass peaks. A record of the entire mass range Lan be produced in 1 sec. T h e instrument operates at ambient temperatures and requires no coolants. 304 General LleLtric Co. INDICATING CONTROLLER

Model 43E indicating Lontroller may be used to indicate and control pressure, vacuum, temperature, differential pressure, and relative humidity where permanent chart records are not required. T h e instrument uses any Foxboro measuring element, detects deviations of measurement from control setting; contact action opens and closes circuits to final elements which may be several hundred feet away. T h e instrument may be used outdoors or 305 indoors. T h e Foxhoro Co.

INTERFACE VALVE

T h e new I3-series includes twoinput OR-NOR FLICR (Fluidic Interface Valves), a two-input FlipFlop and a four-input Flip-Flop. T h e B-series replaces the A series. Double-A Products Co. 306 EDGEWISE METER

Model 2520 packs two movements, two pointers, and two scales in one case. Cases can be vertically or horizontally stacked without limit. Initial accuracy is 2 2 % of full scale for d.c. and *3y0 full scale for a.c. Meters are available in 17 ranges and with left, right, or center zero. External zero adjusters are accessible from the rear. International Instruments, Inc. 307
