Waxes, fats, resins, and other similar solid materials are often shipped in drums. Fre quently it is difficult to remove these mate rials quickly. However, by placing the drum in a Glas-Col Heating Mantle, the heat pro vided by the mantle soon melts the material adjacent to the drum's surface, thereby facili tating quick removal. Glas-Col Heating Mantles are available in many sizes and shapes. N o matter what type of laboratory work you do, these safe electric heating mantles can help you with their even, controlled heat. Glas-Col Mantles are available in glass or quartz fabric construc tion. Controlled temperatures u p to 650 C. Mantles up to 72-liter capacity for glass flasks. Write, today, for information.
