The values for the third to fifth virial coefficients of spherocylinders as reported in the above papers were incorrect, due to a systematic bias in our Monte Carlo sampling scheme. Table I contains the corrected values for these virial coefficients. Note that the new values differ by a small but significant amount from the earlier results. The other results presented in the above papers made no use of these higher order virial coefficients and were therefore not affected. Moreover, the corrected virial coefficients exhibit qualitatively the same dependence on LID as described in the above papers. I am extremely grateful to Dr. M. Rigby for pointing out the discrepancy between the virial coefficients in the above papers and his most recent, unpublished results.
