Model 805 can be used for analytical or preparative work . . accepts U-shaped columns or loosely coiled regular columns from 2 to 26 ft. long, and special prepara tive columns up to 10mm. in diame ter and 24 ft. long. Model 804 oven uses coiled columns for analytical or preparative work. Operating tempera ture range of each oven is from ambi ent to 500 'C; safety cutoff switch limits maximum temperature to 550 °C.

DIRECT-READING TEMPERATURE CONTROLS Exclusive! Inlet, oven and detector heaters all have direct-reading digital set points—no pyrometer is used. Temperature settings are accurately calibrated by cold junction to ± 1 °C over the entire 500° range . . . oven temperature is held stable within ± 0.2°C. Deviation-type temperature controls provide heater output proportional to demand, minimizing temperature overshoot. VARIABLE HIGH VOLTAGE SUPPLY Exclusive ! Stable, solid state, bi-polar power supply may be regulated from 0.1 to 1,000 volts . . . allows use of optimum voltages on any detector. Stability is better than 0.05% over 90-130 volts.·
