Personal Umbrella Excess Liability and Medical Protection Up to $1,000,000 Each Introductory Enrollment Until June 30,1982. When a catastrophe strikes and you need your insurance most, your primary coverage may not be enough. For $65 a year, you can get: • up to $1,000,000 more personal liability protection when your primary automobile, watercraft or homeowner's policy is exhausted; • up to $1,000,000 personal liability protection for such things not covered by your current policies, for example, slander, libel and defamation of character, subject to a $250 self retained deductible ($1,000 in North Carolina, $10,000 in Texas). • up to $1,000,000 more protection when hospital and doctor bills mount beyond the limit of your Major Medical coverage, or a $100,000 deductible, whichever is greater.

For an extra $31 a year, you can add $1,000,000 Excess Medical Protection for your family. As an ACS member, you are guaranteed acceptance into the Excess Liability plan, which has been arranged by the Board of Trustees, Group Insurance Plans for ACS Members. As an additional feature, during the Introductory Enrollment Period, which ends June 30, 1982, the Excess Medical Protection normally issued only to members under age 55, is extended to members under age 65.
