Filtration This colorimeter was designed for monitoring column effluents in chro matographic applications. The FlowColorimeter Model 6 0 0 incorporates a voltage stabilizer, a filter turret for changing of monochromatic filters, a glass absorption cell, a cell positioning device, and a 5 7 0 m^ peak wavelength interference filter. The instrument can be used with most commercial in dicating or recording devices. Phoenix Precision Instrument Co., 3 8 0 3 - 0 5 N. Fifth St., Philadelphia 4 0 , Pa. 403

Color Monitor The Chromo-O-Scope monitors the color quality of any product or process by detecting minute changes in the ratio of two selected wavelength com ponents. The instrument operates con tinuously and has an adjustable re sponse speed. In addition, an adjust able field of view permits the focus to cover large areas or small targets. ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY

The " S o l i d p r e p " sampling device is used to prepare solid samples for wet chemical analysis. Samples are loaded into individual sample cups. At timed intervals, each of the cups is automatically tripped into the device where the sample is disintegrated, homogenized, and put into solution. An aliquot is automatically supplied to the analytical system. Technicon Controls, Inc., Chauncey, Ν. Υ. 4 0 5
