Ampuls for Water Analysis
A series of ampuls sealed under vacuum and containing color-forming reagents can be used for quick, accurate water analysis. The Quantets, cigarette-sized ampuls, come in various packs to measure specific ingredients; dissolved oxygen, peroxide oxygen, ferric and ferrous iron, total iron, and chlorine. When the ampul tip is broken under the water to be tested, a measured amount of the sample is drawn in and mixed with the reagent.
