What has two burettes, a selector switch and performs KF titrations automatically? The Precision Auto-Aquatrator. The Auto-Aquatrator, in a broad range of applications, handles any organic or inorganic to give you quick, accurate and consistent results — reproducible to ±0.025 ml of titrant. Its burette selector switch gives you speed and accuracy when running diversified samples of high or low water content. A flip of the burette switch selects either the right or left burette for direct KF titrations—automatically performed. No lost time replacing burettes or solutions. And you can change back to the conventional water-methanol-KF set-up whenever you wish. More Auto-Aquatrator features: The system is sealed against atmospheric moisture, with a built-in vacuum pump to remove any humid air

from the reaction vessel. Each burette has its own electromagnetic valves, employing an ethylene-propylene tetramer valve face which guarantees no leaks. Stop cocks are eliminated. "End point hold" is automatic and there is an adjustable automatic transfer from "continuous" to "pulse" feed as end point is approached. Also, you might want to consider the nonautomatic Aquatrator. It offers the same level of accuracy and reproducibility as the AutoAquatrator. Not being automatic, it costs considerably less. Data on both instruments are contained in Bulletin 657.
