In this paper, we described the activation of carbon-carbon σ-bonds promoted by transition metal complexes. Recently, however, carbon-carbon bond cleavage on Fe(II) compounds was reported by Nakazawa et al.,1 and these papers should have been cited in our report. We regret the oversight.
