REGULARMEETING,November 4th, 1887. Mr. James H. Stebbins in the Chair. The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Dr. Gyrus Edson and Mr. H. F. Shrr were unanimously elected members. A Paper was read by Dr. W. H. Kent on “A modified form of Sohxlet’s Apparatus for the Determination of Fat in Milk, ” and one by Prof. W. P. Mason ‘‘ On the United States Gallon. ” The Committee on Nominations presented a ticket for the election of officers for 1888. The meeting was then adjourned. T. D. O’CONNOR, Recording Secretary.
