he authors retract this article at the request of the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology, Singapore. As part of an institutional investigation, one of the authors, Mr. D. H. Lam, confessed voluntarily that the animal survival data presented in Figure 5C of the original Article had been manipulated to make the results statistically significant. This manipulation is significant enough to cast doubts on the main findings of the work. The original Article was published on 07/14/2011 and retracted on 08/21/2019.
