Sichromat 2 Laboratory GC has two analytical chambers that can be programmed to operate at two different temperatures over the range —150 to 400 °C. A lifting jacket on the oven is controlled as a function of the heating power for the desired temperature of the separation column chamber. The separation column arrangement can be arbitrarily extended. Instrument features include short-stroke pneumatics, microprocessor control, modularly designed injectors and detectors, and compatibility with chart recorders, printer/plotters, or large computers.
