Now you can pump liquids as hot as 5 0 0 ° F , low-gravity volatile hydrocarbons and other tough liquids at working pressures to 2 7 5 PSIG without the extra cost of carbon steel. Ductile Iron resists stress and mechanical impact at high temperature just as carbon steel does—it has properties similar to carbon steels.

Model 3 1 9 5 gives you the greatest range of coverage and flexibility—with minimum parts needed—of any design on the market. To meet varying service conditions, you can mount any one of the 17 pump ends to any one of three bearing frames (shafts 1V4", l 3 /4", and 2 1 / 8 " through stuffing box). Nominal impeller diameters of 6 " , 8 " , 1 0 " , 1 1 " , and 1 3 " cover the range. Capacities to 7 7 5 GPM, heads to 4 2 5 ft. T D H . Handles liquids up to 5 0 0 ° F . With this top-centerline, broad-coverage design, you can interchange pumps without making expensive piping changes. Back pull-out design lets you easily replace parts most subject to wear without disturbing pipe connections or motor mountings.

Goulds Model 3 1 9 5 will give you a greater return per pump dollar invested. Installation can be pre-engineered with standard drawings. The 3 1 9 5 saves labor expenses in engineering installation and maintenance. With the 3 1 9 5 you require fewer pump units per job. Fewer parts are required . . . less inventory handling, lower inventory cost. Flexibility in construction permits use of: 1. Cooled or non-cooled stuffing boxes. 2.
