The inside working chamber is made of N o . 2 finish Stainless Steel (Type 3 0 2 , 1 8 - 8 ) . Two adjustable shelves of electro-polished Stainless Steel Wire. I N S U L A T I O N — A l l six sides insulated with Λ]/2" layer of fiber glass wool in Models SN-4440 and S N - 4 4 0 0 , and iV2" layer in Models S N - 4 5 0 0 and S N - 4 4 8 0 . Keeps heat loss at a minimum and outer surfaces cool even after prolonged use. V E N T I L A T I O N — I n t a k e ports at bottom a How fresh air to enter.
