The Proof Lies in the Chromatography Note the excellent resolution and symmetry obtained for PTH amino acids on an SGE 4mm I.D. χ 250mm long ODS column. SGE prepares columns with high quality spherical silica that features 100A nominal pore-size and very narrow particle size distribution for high performance and low pressure drop. Columns are available in a variety of lengths, I.D.'s and packings including the new 2mm I.D. which offers higher sensitivity and lower solvent consumption. Yet, they can be used with conventional HPLC.
