HOW TO MAKE SOLID ROCKET PROPELLANTS PREDICTABLE

a Sharpies Micromerograph may be all you need O n e of the most important physical properties of solid propellants is their particle size distribution. If the particle size distribution is not uniform between batches of the same propellant, different burning times m a y be expected. This means different velocities, accelerations, ranges . . . unpre dictable in most instances. That's w h y the Sharpies Micromerograph is so important to the men w h o develop a n d manufacture solid rocket fuels. It offers the only method of particle size distribution analysis that has every a d v a n t a g e possible . . . speed, repeatability, accuracy. A n d it's all automatic, requires no deft handling, gives a permanent strip chart recording of results. Request ten-page Bulletin 1 0 1 ; it contains some useful infor mation you might use to a d v a n t a g e .
