National Loss Control Service (NATLSCO), a subsidiary of Kem­ per Corp., of Long Grove, 111. 60049, offers a waste water analysis service said to be broad enough to measure trace amounts of nearly any sub­ stance. NSF announces a new postdoctoral, energy-related fellowship program with stipends of $12,000 per year for individuals who have recently received the doctorate degree and who can demonstrate a special aptitude for re­ search and interest in energy-related problems. Awards with a tenure peri­ od of up to 12 months will be given to 90 persons. Applicants must present an acceptable plan of energy-related study or research. Awards can be made in all fields of science and in in­ terdisciplinary science fields. Applica­ tion deadline is Dec. 6; awards will be made in March 1975.
