Additions and Corrections

ADDITIONS AND CORRECTIONS 2000, Volume 104B J. P. Balikdjian, A. Davidson,* S. Launay, H. Eckert, and M. Che: Sintering and Phase Transformation of V-Loaded Anatase Materials Containing Bulk and Surface Species Page 8935. Two errors have been detected on the XP spectra (Figure 4): (i) the O1s and Ti2p spectra refer to the V-free C450 sample (calcined at 450 °C), whereas the V2p spectrum refers to the V-loaded C900-0.06 sample (sample calcined at 900 °C, V/Ti atomic ratio of 0.06) and (ii) the values of binding energies on the x axis for the O1s, Ti2p, and V2p spectra are not correct. These errors change neither the XPS values quoted in the manuscript nor the general conclusions of the study based on results obtained by eight complementary chemical and physical methods. A corrected version of Figure 4 is given below. We would like to express our gratitude to C.S. Gopinath and T. Raja (National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, India) who draw our attention to the errors made in Figure 4.
