ADDITIONS AND CORRECTIONS Volume 32, Number 7

Solubility of Carbon Dioxide and Hydrogen Sulfide in Aqueous Alkanolamines. Ralph H. Weiland,* Tanmoy Chakravarty, and Alan E. Mather Page 1422. The following corrections should be made to Table I. Constants in Correlating Equation for Various Reaction Equilibrium and Solubility Constants: 1. For the constant -37.744 labeled “d” in the table should be labeled “b”. 2. For Kco2,the constant “a” should be the negative number -17262.0 rather than the positive value given. ~ - , constant “a” should be the negative 3. For K H C O the number -6433.628 rather than the positive value given. 4. The factor should be removed from the column heading ‘r10-3a”;i.e., the numerical values for the “a” parameter are correct as given in Table I and do not need to be multiplied by the factor lo3. However, the equilibrium constants KH~s, Kco2, and KHCO~calculated from the parameters in the table must be multiplied by 1000. IE950817E
