Special Foreign Currency Awards for Research, Science Education, and Related Activities The National Science Foundation is presently considering proposals for support of scientific activities overseas which will incur costs payable in the currencies of Burma, Guinea, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Poland, Tunisia, United Arab Republic (Egypt), or Yugoslavia. These Special Foreign Currency Awards offer no dollar support, but may include support of the costs of international transportat,ion. Proposals will be considered far support of research, science education, and related activities which employ, advance, or promote the application of the scholarly disciplines of the scientific disciplines, including chemistry.
