MODEL

"Β"

SPECTROPHOTOMETER

A moderately priced, high accuracy photometric instrument for rapid routine measurements The new Model Β meets the need for a moderately priced, line operated, prism spectrophotometer for rapid routine photometric measurements between 320 and 1000 millimicrons. Measurements of liquid, solid and gaseous samples are read directly from absorbance and percentage transmission scales. Transmission readings are accu-

rate to 0.5% and absorbance measure ments are accurate to \%. The standard four-cell holder accom modates sample cells up to 50 milli meters in path length. A continuously variable slit and a con trol for shifting readings to the same part of the scales used for standardizing, convenience, accuracy and versatility add to the new instrument.
