The practicing chemist who is neither a Ph.D. Though this advertisement is not primarily directed to holders of a doctorate, we must admit that Kodak's more fundamental chemical research is conducted by people so equipped. If you want that kind of work, it doesn't do any harm to get one. If you believe fundamental research is not for you but like chemistry and have done well in the subject, we want to hear from you. We need chemists who can link our chemistry to our customers' chemistry either as product developers, as production supervisors, or as marketers.

Chemical engineering is a profession distinctly different from chemistry. Here are the work environments of some Kodak
