The Preeminent Journal in the Molecular Pharmaceutics and Drug-Related Fields Celebrating its 5th Volume in 2008 http://pubs.acs.org/mp enzyme targets • biopharmaceuticals • membrane transport • molecular targeting • delivery systems Now in its fifth volume, published bi-monthly in print, and continuously online, Molecular Pharmaceutics promotes high quality research advancing the understanding of pharmaceutics at the molecular level while providing a forum for research among the fields of physical and pharmaceutical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular and cell biology, polymer and materials science focused on drug delivery. With an emphasis on fundamental molecular concepts in chemistry and biology as applied to drug and drug delivery system activity, the journal showcases emerging technologies used to advance the drug development process. 2008 / Volume 5 / 6 Issues Indexed in PubMed/MEDLINE

Beginning in 2005, selected issues of Molecular Pharmaceutics have featured special topics of interest. Featured Topic Issues of the journal consist of a collection of targeted and related articles located in the front of the print issue and at the top of the Web Edition TOC, published in addition to the regular highly regarded and peer-reviewed manuscripts published in each issue. “Molecular Pharmaceutics topical areas, based on the most frequently used keywords the authors have cited in their articles, include drug delivery, P-glycoprotein, prodrugs, cancer, dendrimer, biodistribution, drug resistance, and targeting. The choice of keywords is indicative of the focus of the manuscripts on molecular mechanistic drug delivery: “the site(s) of action”. ~ Gordon L, Amidon, Editor-in-Chief Recent Featured Topic Issues:
