Page 157 1, right column, second sentence. The order of proton exchange rates has been inadvertently reversed; the sentence should read “In DzO, the lowest field NH signal was the second to disappear, marginally slower than one (and only one) of the signals comprising the accidental degeneracy.” This small error has led to a more crucial one, namely the reversing of assignments for protons a and c a t the top of Figure 6, page 1573. Fortunately this error has not been propagated in the text, and so none of the arguments are affected.
