Perform a full qualitative and quantitative screening on an unknown sample using most scanning ICPs, and you'll get results at only one analytical line per element. In order to get interprétable results, you'll have to include standards for every element and wait several days. In contrast, our new AtomScan 16 Sequential ICP Spectrometer performs the same screening on the same unknown sample using up to 5 lines/element.
