This pasteurizer must be bacteria-free. CDBs®* have the best germicidal action, without adding scale-forming calcium. CDBs are the only known family of organic available chlorine compounds that retain germicidal efficiency at pH levels above 7. This suggests their usefulness in such varying sani tizing products as: 1. heavy duty chlorinated cleaners; 2. general purpose detergent sanitizers; 3. straight sanitizers; 4. custodial maintenance products. Dry, stable, easy-to-handle, and completely soluble, CDBs are available in powder or granular forms, in a wide range of available chlorine contents, pH and solubility rates.
