Daniel Font, Sonia Sayalero, Amaia Bastero, Ciril Jimeno, and Miquel A. Perica`s* Toward an Artificial Aldolase. Pages 337-340. A corrected version of the Supporting Information for the original manuscrip is available to provide the correct synthesis of the monomer leading to resin 4. (2S,4S)-N-Boc-4-Bromo-L-proline tert-butyl ester was prepared according to literature methods. (Reference S2 has also been corrected.) The subsequent azide substitution leads to the trans (2S,4R)-N-Boc-L-proline tert-butyl ester. Experimental details and full characterization of this intermediate, which was not known in the literature, are now provided (pages S9 and S12-S15).
