He's a valued customer of ours, today—but at one time he turned and miked his own electrodes. He hadn't been able to find a source where they would hold tolerances to his specifications. At one of the symposia he visited our booth. On display we had both stocked and custom electrodes. He was impressed and gave us a trial order. Since then he hasn't made or miked his own.
