Charles W. Forsberg received his bache lor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Minnesota and his doc torate in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Tennessee and for the past decade has been involved in a variety of technical projects on the handling and disposal of hazardous radioactive and chemical wastes. He is currently a member of the development staff of the Chemical Technology Division ofORNL.
