If you're doing polymer characterization studies; molecular structure analysis by UV, IR, NMR, etc.; copolymer studies; Theological investigations; polymer synthesis; or any other investigation where you need narrow molecular weight fractions, you'll appreciate the capabilities of the Waters Chromato-Prep. This preparative gel permeation chromatograph enables you to prepare very narrow fractions in 0.1-to 1.0-gram quantities from any polymeric material soluble at room temperature in a low-viscosity organic solvent (such as THF, toluene, MEK, or methylene chloride). In addition, the Chromato-Prep fractionates materials in the molecular weight range up to several million, depending on choice of column packing material. If you add our differential refractometer or UV photometer, a recorder, and the recycle system, you also get really high resolution preparative quantities 4317A of materials which you just can't obtain by any other technique. All at a very low cost.
