experiments were conducted with the aid of a pentagram scratched in the dirt. That was the beginning of chemistry. But thanks to man's ingenuity and persistence, it was not the end. For the seemingly impregnable barrier between what is possible and what is not is no match against the power of human thought. And that can only be accomplished by people who generate innovative ideas. To that end,we have endeavored to create an environment where ingenuity truly flourishes. An environment where responsibility is not hoarded among a few, but is freely given to those who have earned it. Where excellence is not merely wished for, but amply rewarded. A place that possesses the financial strength to employ exceptional people and to develop their inspirations to the fullest. Our many technological advancements have shown us that our intentions have been successful. But in spite of the gains we have already made, our journey has barely begun. For we intend to go as far as the human mind can take us. And we intend to share with you the benefits of what we learn along the way.
