WfeVe designed this surfactant molecule to offer you some very special properties. As a branched acetylenic molecule, our Surfynol® surfactant series offers a unique combination of benefits for a wide variety of applications. The combination of the triple bond and two adjacent hydroxyl groups provides high electron density resulting in molecular polarity for excellent wetting. Additionally, the branched methyl groups supply hydrophobic properties and a high degree of molecular compressibility that make all our Surfynol surfactants inherently low foaming. This very interesting chemistry makes Surfynol surfactants multifunctional problem solvers.

Depending on the specific application, these unique surfactants provide coverage over difficult-towet surfaces, wetting properties, foam reduction, reduced water sensitivity, viscosity control, or improved dispersibility...and sometimes in combination. Paints, adhesives, inks, pesticides, dyes and paper coatings are all terrific potential applications for Surfynol surfactants. If you'd like full data and free samples, send in the coupon. Just tell us a little about your applications, and we'll supply the grade you'll need. Or for faster action, call us at 800-345-3148 (in PA 215-481-6799). CIRCLE 1 ON READER SERVICE CARD
