Crystal growth is controlled to produce large crystals of uniform size and shape. This results in efficient separation of crystals and mother liquor and therefore unexcelled product purity. Struthers new freeze concentration technology —developed from the Struthers FreCon® process for coffee, tea, beer, citrus juices and other foods—offers true crystallization instead of substituting other complicated steps.
