This Two Meter Vacuum Atomcounter can quickly analyze elements such as CARBON, SULPHUR, and PHOSPHORUS, and many more. Its outstanding features make it a unique and superior tool to assure quality control.

Are you doing routine analysis? Complicated analysis? Do you require a paper with a nominal loading capacity? Excessive loading capacity? Are you separating proteins, amino acids, nucleic acids, peptides? Other sub stances which ionize in solution? The proper separation medium is a Whatman product from Scientifica. Whatman grades EP-1 ;nd EP-2 are recom mended for routine separations. For the separation of hemoglob η or for extra load ing capacity, try Whatman grades EP-13 and EP-24. Whatman means uniforrr ity and consistency. Paper electrophoresis is the separation of components based on e ectrical mobility on paper. Uniformity and censistency are essen tial to the media on wl ich the separations take place. Therefore, e ectrophoresis strips should always be specified: Whatman.

PROGRAM FLEXIBILITY . . . The 24" focal curve, large enough for every application, is divided into two parts with the exit slits below 2100A in the vacuum section, and those above 2100A in air. The unique design of the spectrometer, and slits, enables you to easily adjust or even rearrange your analytical program as your needs change or expand. OPTIMUM WAVELENGTH COVERAGE . . . 1625-4025A at 4.2 A / m m dis persion — allowing you to use sensitive lines for any analysis. RESOLUTION . . . Excellent! (O.IOA at 3000 A) using a Jarrell-Ash 30,000 GPI grating. BUILT-IN AUTOMATIC SELF-CHECKING . . . Complete system provides continuous reliability and assures minimum down-time. AUTOMATIC MONITORING . . . provides constant, precise optical alignment. READOUT SYSTEMS . . . multi-element simultaneous or sequential. (We manufacture the most rapid typewriter print-out systems available anywhere.) VACUUM SPECTROMETER . . . a field-proven cylindrical tank to assure optical stability.
