It maintains constant viscosity from freezing to 170 degrees FM so there*s no separation at all across this wide temperature range even during processing. - The above curve shows the viscosities of a 1% KELZAN solution at various temperatures. The small change th#t does occur is reversible. This independence of viscosity with relation to temperature is unique and provides numerous advantages.
