Du Ponts Z O N Y L fluorosurfactants do the j o b even when conventional hydro carbon wetting agents don't. ZONYL even wets T E F L O N . * Z O N Y L fluorosurfactants work better than hydrocarbon surfactants because they reduce surface tension more, even in concentrations as low as 100 p p m . A n d they're chemically and thermally stable. You can use Z O N Y L with strong acids or c o n c e n trated alkalies and at tempera tures as high as 300°C. You can't do that with hydrocarbon surfactants. Today, ZONYL surfactants have a wide variety of uses, including processing steel, paint nnanufacture and gravure printing inks. Chances are, you can use the unique physical and chemical properties of Z O N Y L to improve existing products or processes, or to develop new ones. Try some and see. To determine which grade to sample, send for our detailed 16-page brochure. Write, on your c o m p a n y letterhead, to Du Pont Company, Room 37982, W i l m i n g t o n , DE19898.
