Dedicated industrial analyzers. For rapid identification and sorting of materials, Kevex has developed the Model 6500 which analyzes up to 19 different elements simultaneously. An almost infinite variety of materials, including alloys, ores, chemicals and fluids can be analyzed. On-line, batch, or individual sample analysis may be performed.
Automated XRF. The Kevex 0700 is a self-contained x-ray fluorescence system with unique grounded anode tube for close specimen coupling and effective secondary target and direct sample excitation. The result is a system that produces, simultaneously, high count rates and unmatched peak-to-background ratios. The 0700 is 100% remote controllable and compatible with the Kevex Quantex-Ray™ system for quantitative analysis. Light element analysis. Kevex scored a major breakthrough with the Alpha-X™ instrument, which provides for the first time quantitative analysis of light elements (Z > 6), thin films, and surface layers (e.g. oxides).
High sensitivity XRF. The new and versatile 0600 Ultra-Trace™ XRF system is optimized for both bulk and microsample analysis. Employing either direct or secondary target excitation, it provides demonstrated ppm-ppb sensitivities for (Z > 10) elements in most matrices. It is the most capable XRF instrument we have ever produced!
Complete XRF system control. The interactive μΧ data terminal controls and monitors all XRF analysis parameters. The color-video display is microprocessor based, providing system status and com mand prompting information in addition to all x-ray data.
