ΓΊ That first A-60 spectrum of a 0 . 1 0 % ethyl benzene solution is so noisy that it is almost worthless. So we re ran the sample a hundred times, using an A-60 spec trometer equipped with our new C-1024 time averaging computer. The second spec trum shows the result: a clear, readable, useful signal which has improved the N M R signal -to -noise ratio by a factor of 10.
