Comprehensive Appraisal of the Extracellular Proteins from a Monoderm Bacterium: Theoretical and Empirical Exoproteomes of Listeria monocytogenes EGD-e by Secretomics [Journal of Proteome Research 2010, 9, 5076–5092. DOI: 10.1021/ pr1003642]. Micka€el Desvaux,* Emilie Dumas, Ingrid Chafsey, Christophe Chambon, and Michel Hebraud Page 5080. the section dealing with “Exoproteins Secreted via Tat Pathway”, the first sentence must be changed to: While two proteins were first predicted as exhibiting a putative Tatdependent signal peptide15, this subsequent genomic analysis revealed that no cleavable N-terminal signal peptide is predicted in Lmo2201. While a Tat-dependent signal peptide could be predicted by TatP in Lmo1784, this small protein is most certainly a 50S ribosomal protein L35 (IPR001706: E-value = 1.10 10 28).
