There is a mistake in eqs 13 and 14 that yields to fractions of condensed counterions below those presented in the paper. There is a 4π missing in the denominator of eq 13. As a result, eq 14 must read as follows:

At high charges (Z > 105), the disagreement is within experimental error. In fact, recent results1,2 show that for higher surface charges than those of this paper, the extension to the Debye-Huckel-Bjerrum theory quantitatively agrees with experimental results. In addition to this error, there are two typographical errors, which we will like to correct. In the definitions of φn and φf (page 4091), Fn3 and Ff3 should be substituted by Fn and Ff, respectively.
