Excellence in Review Award A journal exists on the good will and expertise of its reviewer corps. Our Editors rely on high-quality, constructive, and timely reviews from over 4000 reviewers in our database to ensure the excellence of papers appearing in ES&T. We realize that it is a time-consuming job with no tangible reward. In recognition of this, and in order to express our gratitude to some of our best reviewers, ES&T is instituting an “Excellence in Review” award. I asked our Editors to suggest reviewers who have consistently provided both scholarly and timely reviews. The first recipients of the award are shown here.
