What Does LiOH Treatment Offer for Lyocell Fibers? Investigation of Structural Changes € urk, Bill MacNaughtan, John R. Mitchell, and Thomas Bechtold Hale Bahar Ozt€ Ind. Eng. Chem. Res. 2011, 50, 9087–9094 This erratum presents an addition to the original article. In the paper, 7.5 M LiOH solution refers to “saturated LiOH solution at room temperature”. It was prepared by dissolving the required amount of LiOH at elevated temperature. While the solution is cooled to ambient temperature, some of the LiOH is crystallized. Thus, the phrase “saturated LiOH solution” is used for treatment of fibers, which refers to 7.5 M LiOH treatment of fibers.
