Microspectrophofomefer Module ...forprecise FTIR analysis of various size samples, down to the subnanogram level. Designed to fir mosr FTIR specrromerers, rhe fXA-515 module greatly enhances your systems sampling capabilities. It allows areas as small as 10μηη to be ana lyzed, with little or no sample preparation. The fXA-515's ability to provide pinpoint analysis of even small particle contaminants makes if ideal for: electronic components, forensic analysis, thin films, fibers, polymer inclusions, quality control applications, and general purpose microsam pling. An optional heated stage is available for variable temperature studies, such as examining polymer crysralinify changes during annealing. User convenient, the fXA-515 can be installed or removed from the spectrometer at a moment's notice. Contact us for more details. CIRCLE 8 ON READER SERVICE CARD
