Here are some of Atlantic's Ultrawet biodegradable surfactants now available: Liquids Atlantic's clear pale yellow liquid syndets include all-purpose 35 KX Soft, which is ideal for making liquid detergents, household cleaners and for wet textile processing. 40 K Soft can be used successfully in formulating both light- and heavy-duty detergents and cleansing compounds by crystallization, drum-drying and spray-drying. Slurries Atlantic's line of soft slurry surfactants includes 60 K Soft, the slurry version of K Soft flake. Also prominent in the line is 68 KN Soft, a custom blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants combining high foam and rinsibility with grease-cutting efficiency. Designed for light- and heavy-duty detergents alike, 68 KN Soft is compatible with a variety of materials used in detergent formulations, delivers optimum synergetic performance characteristics and can be pumped at temperatures as low as 80° F. Flakes All Atlantic LAS flake surfactants are 90% minimum active, 100% solid, freeflowing and of a light, cream color. KX Soft is a dry form of the liquid 35 KX Soft, with the same wide range applications noted above. K Soft and K High Density Soft are suited for formulating industrial and heavyduty detergents, for use as emulsifiers and for dry-mixing with alkalies. They are drumdried and possess high detergency.
