Infracarb-S automatically and simultaneously measures carbon and sulfur in metals by the combustion method. Thin-layer gel filtration with the Pharmacia TLG-apparatus for rapid separations with microquantities. TLG is an analytical technique for separation of proteins, peptides, carbohy drates, hormones, etc. It is especially suitable for molecular weight determina tion, ciinical analysis of serum, cerebrospinal fluid, etc. and for choosing gel type prior to column experiments.
